If something is not right with your order, we will put it right. This page explains what you can return, how long you have, what it costs, and when your money comes back.
How long you have
Tell us within 3 days of delivery. Our returns are handled through our supply partner on a short deadline, so requests raised after that window cannot be accepted. If you are not going to open the parcel straight away, please at least check it over on the day it arrives.
If the item is wrong, damaged or faulty
Returns are free in these cases. You pay nothing to send the item back and you are refunded in full, including the original delivery charge.
Please send us a photo of the item and the packaging when you contact us. It speeds up approval considerably and it is usually all we need.
If you simply change your mind
You can still return an unused item, but two charges apply:
- A return charge of ₹99 per product, deducted from your refund.
- The original delivery charge of ₹89 per product is not refunded.
So on a single item costing ₹500, you would receive ₹401 back – the item price less the ₹99 return charge, with the original ₹89 delivery not returned.
Parcels that come back undelivered
If a parcel cannot be delivered because nobody was available after repeated attempts, because delivery was refused, or because the address or phone number given was wrong, it is returned to origin. The same ₹99 per product charge applies and is deducted from your refund. Please double-check your address and mobile number at checkout, and answer the courier’s call.
Condition of returned items
To be accepted, an item must come back:
- Unused and unwashed, and unworn other than trying it on
- In its original packaging
- With all tags, labels, accessories and the invoice intact
Returns that arrive used, washed, damaged by the customer, or missing tags or parts may be rejected, in which case the item is sent back to you and no refund is issued.
Things we cannot take back
For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of innerwear, intimate items or personal care products unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect. Anything else that cannot be returned is marked as such on its own product page. We do not currently stock items in those categories, but if that changes the exclusion applies.
How to start a return
Message us through the contact page with your order number, the item concerned, the reason, and a photo if the item is damaged or incorrect. We will confirm whether the return is approved and arrange collection.
Please do not post the item back to us yourself. Returns are collected by our logistics partner and must be handed to them. A self-shipped parcel cannot be tracked into the returns process and we will not be able to refund it.
Refunds
Once the returned item reaches the warehouse it is inspected, and we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few days more to show the money in your account.
Any return charge, and the original delivery charge on change-of-mind returns, is deducted before the refund is sent.
If you paid cash on delivery there is no card or UPI transaction to reverse, so we refund by bank transfer or UPI instead. We will ask you for the account or UPI details to send it to when the return is approved. Please only give those details in reply to us through the contact page – we will never phone you to ask for them, and we will never ask for a PIN, an OTP or a card number.
Exchanges
We do not run direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, return the item under the rules above and place a new order – it is faster than waiting for an exchange to work its way through.
Getting the size right first time
Most change-of-mind returns are sizing. Before you order, it is worth reading our guide on how to get kids clothing sizes right the first time, and checking the measurements on the product page.
Your legal rights
Nothing on this page affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. If an item is defective, not as described, or not of the quality you are entitled to expect, your legal remedies stand regardless of the timescales above.
Questions
Our FAQs cover the questions we get asked most. Anything else, use the contact page and we will reply by email. This policy sits alongside our terms and conditions.
